Our metal detection systems for liquid and paste products can be quickly and easily integrated into existing piping systems and connected to all common vacuum fillers, pumps, clipper machines and sausage-filling machines. Thanks to the different separation systems to choose from, they ensure the safe and efficient removal of all metallic contaminants.   • The GENIUS+ control unit with touch display ensures extremely easy and intuitive handling.
  • Digital signal processing provides optimum security in line with EU directives. At the same time, self-monitoring, self-calibration and temperature compensation functions are available.
  • As a result, our metal separators are particularly well suited to automatic processes and the requirements of quality control systems.
  • Our metal detection systems feature an auto-learn function to best compensate for the intrinsic conductivity of the inspected material.

Design and alternative configurations

For filler applications and pumped products

Our metal detection systems for liquids and pastes have been designed for straightforward installation in piping systems up to a nominal width of 100 mm and attachment to vacuum fillers and pumps.

Different separation systems

Different valves perfectly tailored to the product features guarantee the safe removal of metallic contaminants. Ball, piston and arc valves are available.

Different pipe diameters

Depending on the necessary throughput, our metal separators are available in different pipe diameters.

Stable and mobile

We can optionally provide our machines on a mobile, height-adjustable stand. The low, well-balanced center of gravity ensures a high degree of stability, particularly when moving the stand.
